"HLS BULGARIA" Ltd is a company registered under the commercial law of Republic of Bulgaria with head office in Sofia 1606, Bulgaria, 27E Jakov Krajkov str. post box 19.

Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we will provide notice on this Web site regarding any changes to this policy. Please check back periodically!

By accepting the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement in registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Site.

1. www.hls-bg.com is a site for presenting and selling of an author's works of art and projects and it can be published if you are the owner or the author. On the site it can not be presented pictures of paintings or projects whose copyrights are object of another party.



2. Every user has a right to one registration on the site only. The users who have more than one registration will be deactivated. The already registered users have right to publish, erase or edit everything uploaded on the site by themselves. The registration is realized from the registration panel on the home page. The registration is valid once you fill in user name and password. The additional information is not required.



3. The registered individual users have a right to publish in their profile maximum 15 photos.  For company's profiles the limitation of the downloaded pictures is 40.The permition for registration is given only to a serious authors and projects, for which there is no doubt for the copyrights of the works of arts or projects, multiple profiles and manipulations, after profile's review from web administrator. The site administrators can remove or refuse in their opinion, photos or authors, which do not follow the privacy policy or under administrator's discretion for improper behavior from user's side.



4. Conditions for registration
   The approval for registration in www.hls-bg.com happens after checking the content of the already registered profile from administrator. The registration for individuals is free of charge. We offer signing of a mediation contract and it is necessary, so you can take advantage of all the offered services. Once registered into one of the main directories (light studio, design or artworks), you have the right to publish your artworks or design projects.

   Remark: If you would like to use money transfer system www.2checkout.com or to pay via wire transfer you need to sign additional agreement with www.hls-bg.com, otherwise you take the responsibility for the payments between the seller and the buyer as well as the shipping.

5. The price for presentation of a company's portfolios - under additional conditions.



6. Only JPG files, without size limitation are accepted.



7. The second publication of one and the same photo is inadvisable



8. Information We Collect
   We collect personal information that you choose to provide voluntarily when using the Site. This information helps us to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. But we do not collect the financial information. All payment transaction and your financial information will be kept in 2Checkout (2CO)system.



9. Our Disclosure of Your Information
   As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, the following describes some of the ways that your personal information may be disclosed in the normal scope of business to provide our services.



10. Control of Your Password
    You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including fees charged to your account. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties. If you choose to share your User ID and password or your personal information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.



11. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information
    We offer you the ability to automatically review and change the information you submit to us by logging into the Site and entering in the new information yourself. Generally, we will not modify your personal information based on your request because it is very difficult to authenticate your account manually. You can do it by yourself through you account.

    It sells and delivers the items offered on this site;

    It provides information on its menu of the items for sale which are divided by certain criteria into different groups;

    It advertises products, services, trade marks, etc.

    It gives information on the artists whose works are on display;

    It has a consultation for the offered items(as per he provided from the authors information)



15. Information of the items
    The offers contain information on the item - its basic characteristics and its price. The offers are accompanied by photos.

    The information and photos that are presented on this site are provided solely by the producer / author, on whose behalf the sale is made. www.hls-bg.com shall not be held liable for the authenticity of this information, any existing discrepancies, misleading or dishonest advertisement in terms of the Law on customer protection and trade rules.

    The indicated price is per item and does not include delivery cost.



16. Terms of payment (for authors with additional agreement with www.hls-bg.com)
    

    CASH ON DELIVERY: only for Bulgarian territory.

    You will receive the ordered products by courier at the negotiated date and will pay the agreed price.

    The delivery costs are for our account. You will have to pay only the purchase price.

17. Order
    The conditions of ordering and delivery are described on the site.

    The ordering of the selected item is done by clicking the “buy now” button or clicks on the link “wire transfer” or cash on delivery. This action represents the customer’s good will to enter into an agreement with www.hls-bg.com which is legally binding for both parties and meets the conditions of the Law on customer protection and trade rules.

    When placing an order the customer is obliged to give their correct address, telephone number and e-mail address, so that www.hls-bg.com can get in touch with them and deliver the ordered item.

    In case of an incorrect/wrong address and/or telephone number and /or e-mail address the order shall be cancelled and www.hls-bg.com shall not be held responsible for making the delivery.

    After receiving the order, www.hls-bg.com or another supplier confirms the order by calling the telephone number provided by the prospective buyer and verifies that the address to which the product will to be delivered is correct.



18. Terms of delivery
    The delivery is made by courier: City Express for Bulgaria, EKONT or DHL internationally + insurance 1% from the value of the painting/sculpture. It is optional and should be paid from the buyer.
    • The ordered item will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to receive the item.
    • The items ordered will be delivered within 72 hours provided that the address given is correct and the order has been confirmed by the customer. This timeframe is valid only for deliveries in Bulgaria. For other countries the deadline will vary depending on the agreements between www.hls-bg.com and the courier service in the respective country.
    • The ordered item will be suitably packed for its delivery.
    • If the customer is not available to accept the ordered item within the term of delivery at the specified address the order will be considered cancelled and www.hls-bg.com will not be held responsible for failing to make the delivery.
    • In case the customer was not available to receive the item as per the previously negotiated timeframe and they still wish to have it, all delivery charges will be at their expense. The additional delivery charges will be paid at the time of delivery along with the price of the item.

    The price will be paid by the customer upon receipt of the item either by credit card or bank transfer. The ordered item can be accepted by a third person in case they present a power of attorney and acknowledge the authenticity of the ordered and received item.

    If a third person is involved in accepting and acknowledging the item on behalf of the customer who placed the order, the latter has no right to return the item or to take exception to the delivery.



19. Refusal for receiving of ordered and delivered items (valid for authors with additional agreement with www.hls-bg.com)
    The client who has ordered items from the www.hls-bg.com on-line shop has the right to refuse to accept the ordered goods only under the following conditions:
    • If the delivered item does not correspond to the ordered one and this can be determined by regular examination of the item;
    • If during transportation the item was damaged;
    • If the price to be paid by the customer does not correspond to the one initially offered on www.hls-bg.com;
    • If the item is not accompanied by the respective documentation;

    Under conditions of art. 69, par. 3 of the Law on customer protection and trade rules.

    Beside the listed cases, the client has no right to refuse to accept and pay for the ordered items. Otherwise they are obliged to cover the expenses made for the delivery and returning of the item.

    Claims are accepted as follows:

    • On items 1 and 2 of the preceding regulation – within 24 hours after the receiving of the item.
    • On items 3 – within 7 days from the receiving of the item on condition that they will be returned in the condition they were received without being used.

    When the delivered item is still under warranty and customer is provided with the address and telephone numbers of the service centers they are supposed to contact them directly.



20. Restrictions
    The users of the site have right to use freely the recourses of the site www.hls-bg.com, excepting the restrictions, described in the present general conditions and other generally valid restrictions.

    The users of the site www.hls-bg.com have no right to copy, spread or use texts, pictures, images or parts of the site, without explicit permission of www.hls-bg.com.

    The users have no right to spread by the site pornographic materials, photos or other materials, another’s object of copyright, schemes, signs etc., objects of another’s intellectual property, appeals for change of the civil and public piece, illegally gained information or such, which infringe upon property or non property rights or harms interests of third persons.

    The users of the site have no right to use automated systems for download of any information from the site www.hls-bg.com.

    The users have no right to overload the site with fictitious orders or other information (flood).

    The users of the site have no right to do actions, which breaks generally standing rules of dealings and communication, to do malicious actions, spread of viruses etc., breaking or harming rights or interests of third persons.



21. Other conditions
    www.hls-bg.com does not bear responsibility toward the client-customer in case of lack of availability of offered goods at the merchant-offeree or other impossibility the offered goods to be delivered to the client.

    www.hls-bg.com does not bear responsibility toward the users of the site, as well as regarding third persons, in case a merchant publishes in the site illegally gained or unallowed for spread information, as well as in case when there is a malice, copying or other kind of illegal using of another’s trade mark, reserved sign for origin, as any information, picture, sound, image etc., which infringe property or non property rights of third persons.

    www.hls-bg.com does not bear responsibility for the showed information or the consequences from the use of other websites, to which it ensures connection.

    www.hls-bg.com does not bear responsibility for damages, eventually caused to the user during the use of the supplied services.

    The site has right to show, send, load, execute, display etc. any advertising materials if its users, as it reserves them the right to give up, sign off or terminate their participation at any time. The advertisers bear responsibility for the advertisements’ content, as well as for the reserved trade marks, which they regard.

    www.hls-bg.com does not bear responsibility for any direct, not direct, accidental, special or sequent damages, arising because of the impossibility to be used a part or whole system, because of technical reasons (technical problem, temporary prophylaxis etc.)

    The present conditions could be edited at any moment. It is obligation of the users to visit them periodically to get to know the actualizations.

    These Terms and Conditions shall be applied and interpreted in conformity with the effective Bulgarian legislation.
